Mantova Etna Crushed Olives are an exquisite combination of all-natural, non-GMO, high-quality Nocellara Etnea olives (also known as Augghialora, Paturnsia, and Tortorella). They are cultivated and hand-picked from the sunny, volcanic olive groves of  Mount Etna in Sicily. The olives have a bright spicy, garlicky flavor with notes of oregano. Use them to complement cured meats, fresh cheeses, and dried fruits, and make charcuterie boards and antipasto platters. They would be great on pasta or pizza, too!
