Using fresh, local habanero chili peppers Blake Hill has create an amazing fruity, spicy jam with their new Mango Habanero preserve.  The strength of the habanero chili is softened by mango fruit, resulting in a jam you can use as a dressing for homemade fish tacos, a glaze for grilled swordfish, and a dipping sauce for fried chicken.
